The Howard County Zoning board has approved Erickson Senior Living’s proposed community in Clarksville by a vote of 4-1. While the journey has been a long one, we could not be more proud of what we have accomplished together. With the Zoning Board’s approval, Erickson Senior Living’s commitment to Howard County and its residents can continue for generations. Most importantly, we are excited about the thousands of seniors and families that this project will serve for years to come.
Our team at Erickson Senior Living would like to thank the members of the Howard County Zoning Board, the Howard County Planning Board, the Howard County Executive, the heads of the various departments involved, the dozens of county staff members, and the countless residents who worked many, many months with us to review and strengthen the project. In the end, the process has produced an inclusive, thoughtful plan that increases access to much-needed housing and healthcare options for county seniors, and provides great value to Howard County.
